- To foster dialogue on key development issues which would expedite the developmental process of the country as well as monitor and support the implementation of government programmes as it relates to good governance.
- To organize orientation programs, workshop, seminars, trainings, symposia, interactive sessions, lectures, etc for leaders and potential leaders, all directed towards the attainment of good governance and sustainable development in Nigeria.
- To assist the government where possible in meeting its responsibilities in such areas as provision of training to enhance quality leadership in the three tiers of government.
- To assist or support other voluntary development organizations, groups or individuals that share common goals with the foundation.
- To always strive to address issues that make for good governance without which the nation cannot attain sustainable development.
- To actively participate in activities that would encourage progress and positive change in Nigeria.
- To use responsible means to sensitize, re-orient and mobilize Nigerians, both home and abroad to assist in the duty of breaking the vicious cycle of bad leadership, poverty, underdevelopment and marginalization.
- To support leaders who are considered accountable, transparent, honest, adoptable and good stewards of resources.
- To use responsible means to inform government of expectations, requirements and results in important areas of governance.
- To raise funds locally and internationally for the purpose of promoting and supporting good governance and leadership.
- To award scholarships and grants to deserving students for the furtherance of their education.
- To collaborate and co-operate with any international foundation, institution or group in the furtherance of the objectives of the foundation.
- To continue to support the government in the area of good governance, electoral reforms, poverty alleviation, quest jar, peace and security In the Niger Delta
