A. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (NATIONAL COORDINATOR)
The Executive Director of GLEF oversees the entire management activities of GLEF in accordance with the AIMS & OBJECTIVES OF THE ORGANISATION and also directly oversees the activities of the admin, operation & treasury officers.

 

B. PROJECT SECRETARY
The National Secretariat Supervisor arranges and designs the mode of inter-relations at the national secretariat and assist the Executive Director in the discharge of his/her duties and stands in for the Executive Director in all capacities.
Also oversees the activities of the officers in charge of propaganda, training, establishment and rewards.

 

C. PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER
This is the mouthpiece of the organization. In addition to being the Image Maker of the organisation, she also critically examines and vets all propaganda and publicity materials before they are released.

 

D. FUNDING DIRECTOR
This is the Chief Fundraiser for GLEF activities

 

E. PROGRAMMES
This is the critical Analyst of GLEF who always examines all products and services of Glef to ensure that best practice is applied in at every stage. Also involved in the monitoring of ongoing activities of GLEF.

 

SECRETARIAT OFFICERS

 

F.  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Provides project concept development and execution design. First person to peruse all ideas generated for GLEF and work with the strategic team to produce initial working paper.

 

G.  OPERATIONS OFFICER
Provides implementation direction and field co-ordination for all GLEF activities. Must be a rugged and versatile individual

 

H. TREASURY OFFICER
The Chief Accountant and Custodian of funds generated for GLEF. Works on full time basis like other secretariat officers. He is in charge of petty cash at the national secretariat of GLEF.

 

I. PUBLICITY OFFICER
Develops ideas that can continue to build and enhance the name and image of GLEF. Some of these ideas are packaged with the help of other departmental heads.

 

J. TRAINING OFFICER
Oversees all training and workshop activities of GLEF. Also co-ordinates seminars, lectures and retreats with active support from the operations officer.

 

K. ESTABLISHMENT OFFICER
Designs and actualizes institutionalized ideas for GLEF.

 

l.   REWARDS OFFICER
Designs events and ceremonies where applaud able leaders from various sectors can be honored.

 

J.   REGIONAL OFFICE CO-ORDINATORS.
Individually oversees all assignments concerning their jurisdiction as released from the national secretariat.
